FIFS grows each year to offer more services to more clients, and better serve our current clients. We’d like to welcome Ashlee Landes and Jenn Sotos, who joined us in June.

Ashlee Landes, Personal Lines Agent
Recent Temple University graduate Ashlee Landes is training to be both a customer service agent and a producer; she recently received her Property and Casualty Individual Producer License.
As a producer, she is looking forward to establishing strong client relationships at FIFS, but she also values her training as a customer service agent. “I think that’s such an important aspect at any company,” says Ashlee, “To be a good company you need to provide good customer service, and we do at FIFS.”
FIFS has put Ashlee’s degree in Journalism to good use. She is writing marketing letters the company sends out to clients, and is helping in the editing and review process of the FIFS Connection. “I am using my degree here which is nice, and learning something new at the same time, which is what I wanted out of a career,” says Ashlee. |

Jennifer Sotos, Commercial Lines CSA
Jennifer Sotos is enjoying her new career as she trains to be a CSA in the Commercial Lines division.
Prior to joining FIFS, Jenn worked as a Corporate Travel Agent for 10 years and then worked for Quest Diagnostics for a short time. “My customer service background will be extremely helpful,” she says.
Jenn has appreciated her father’s support (he used to work in insurance) during this career change. He offers his advice and knowledge, and helped her study for her Producer’s Property and Casualty Insurance Exam, which she passed.
The on-going training is worth it to work at FIFS. “There is a wonderful group of people here,” says Jenn, “I’m excited about changing my career and what it could possibly hold for me in the future.”
riginally from the Telford area, Jenn recently moved back to the area with her two children, Nicholas, age 3, and Samantha, age 6, who just started kindergarten in the Souderton Area School District. |
