FIFS Congratulates Chad D. Yoder, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)

Chad D. Yoder, recently attained his CIC designation.

FIFS congratulates Chad Yoder for attaining the designation of CIC—Certified Insurance Counselor. The Society of Certified Counselors is a national non-profit organization dedicated to professional insurance education. The Society of CIC is also a key member of The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research.

Chad began the first of five courses in February 2004, and completed the last course in July 2007. “Earning the CIC designation completes yet another chapter of my insurance career. I look forward to exploring what educational and professional challenges lie ahead for me in the future,” says Chad.

What the CIC Means
By earning and maintaining the CIC designation, Chad has demonstrated professional competence through a series of rigorous written examinations focusing on all major fields of insurance, agency operations, and insurance management. This achievement signifies a commitment to continuing education, required of all those who have earned the CIC designation.

Chad has worked at FIFS since 1997 and specializes in Personal Lines insurance. He is the manager of the Personal Lines department and a Vice President of the agency.
